We have kept the reservation process old school. No automated booking software trapping you in the endless AI loop when you try to ask a question. No algorithm surging the price on busy dates. Arcadia Lodge is a family run business. Our rates for the following year are always set by September 1st of the previous year and we honor them! To find availability for a cabin or week there are 2 options. The first is to email or call directly, ArcadiaLodge1922@gmail.com / 218-832-3852. Kylie handles all cabin reservations and will answer any questions you have. It is best to include in your email or phone call details such as group size, preferred cabin or cabin size, and the dates that work best for you. With 29 cabins over a 14 week summer season if you ask "what's available" it will be a very long email that's probably not to much help. The 2nd option (and the best) is to fill out the Check Availability Form here on the website. This will send all of the needed details to Kylie and she will return an email to you with what's available.
When it's time to make your reservation you will print, fill out and send in the reservation form along with a deposit to hold the cabin. We are old school enough to still prefer a check for the deposit and cabin payment but we can run a credit/debit card if you prefer (there is a 3% fee on ALL card transactions). Deposit & Pet Policy
Once we have confirmed your reservation by email or phone, we ask that you send in our reservation form along with the deposit listed per cabin per week. This form must be filled out completely, signed and mailed to us at: Arcadia Lodge, 52001 County Road 284, Bigfork, MN 56628. We will hold a cabin for 10 days from the date of our conversation to allow time for your reservation form and monies to reach us.

Deposit Policy ~
Deposits are refundable ONLY if we re rent the cabin at full rate and length of the canceled reservation. If we can not re rent the cabin for the full rate and length of your canceled reservation we will not refund the deposit. Deposits are any monies paid prior to the start of your reservation. You are responsible for the entire length of your reservation. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures. The remaining balance of your reservation is due the evening before you check out. Daily reservations require a one night rental deposit. Questions? Please email us at ArcadiaLodge1922@gmail.com.
Travel Insurance!
Because deposits are only refundable if we can re rent the cabin for the FULL cost and length of the canceled reservation we do suggest travel insurance. We recommend Travel Guard Insurance, a leader in the travel insurance field. You can get quotes and purchase a policy on their website, www.travelguard.com. You can also contact them directly to speak with an agent regarding your specific travel plans.
Arcadia Lodge Pet Policy ~
From May through August we allow dogs in the following cabins only: Beaver Lodge, Rustic Lodge, Blue Jay, Red Robin, Woodland, Shoreview, Aspen, Lunker Lodge, Sunrise and Moose Bay. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed, cleaned up after, and never left alone in the cabin. Dogs are to be kept away from the public areas of the resort. Some people do not mix well with dogs and we prefer to avoid incidents. If you are staying in Woodland, Beaver Lodge or Red Robin dogs may pass through the resort to reach your watercraft if your taking them out on the water. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by dog fights. Dogs are allowed in all cabins after Labor Day and thru April. We do not allow any other type of pets except dogs.

Check-In: After 4 p.m. Check-Out: By 9 a.m. Please respect these times so that we can properly clean all the cabins. Thank you!
Starting January 1, 2019 a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. We recommend that deposits and final bills be paid via check, money order or cash. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however with rising costs we are no longer able to absorb this cost. By charging the fee to only those paying via credit card we avoid raising the cabin rates on everyone.
Extra Persons Charge -- Rates include the number of people as stated for each cabin in the rate column - NOT the maximum occupancy of the cabin. An extra person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number up to the maximum occupancy.
Each additional adult is $150 per week.
Kids age 4 to 16 stay for $100 per week.
Children Age 3 and under stay for Free.
The extra person daily rate is $25/day.
All cabins are equipped with charcoal grills. You are responsible for the charcoal.
Each cabin has patio chairs, some have patio tables.
All cabins have microwaves, coffee makers, appliances/house wares.
All bed linens are provided, extras are available.
Please request linens for hide-a-beds when making a reservation.
Towels and washcloths are NOT provided.
Cribs & highchairs are available at no charge, but are reserved on a first-asked, first-served basis
A 6.875% Sales Tax will be applied to all rentals.
A 3% Credit Card Processing Fee will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions.

Watercraft Rentals

Arcadia Lodge offers a large fleet of Pontoons & Fishing Boats along with docking for dozens of guest watercraft. Our on site boat launch and docking is included for all guest watercraft. Our 20 pontoons come in a wide range of sizes and configurations! From a small 14' 3 person fishing pontoon all the way up to our Grand Island Luxury Cruiser with room for 14+ people. We also offer a range of Fishing Boat sizes. Our newest and largest Boat is a 2023 18.5' Alumacraft/115 hp with seating for 6 and the Boats range all the way down to 14' aluminum Boats/15 or 9.9 hp. We even have a fleet of golf carts! They are great for grandparents getting around our over 3,000' of lake shore and 80+ acres.
During the summer Pontoons & Fishing Boats are available for week long or daily rentals. Week long rentals can be made at anytime before your arrival. Daily rentals on can be made upon your arrival at Arcadia. This is done to make sure you have the best chance at good weather for your day on the lake. We always keep a minimum of 3 watercraft in reserve for daily rentals!
Jet Skis - Personal Watercraft - Wake Boats
Arcadia allows guests to bring their own Jet Skis, Wake Boats, and other specialized watercraft. We ask that all guests be respectful while operating Jet Skis and Wake Boats on Big Turtle Lake and to follow all MN laws. Please remain in the center of the available waterway and away from docks, other watercraft or shallow waters.
Golf Carts
Our fleet of Golf Carts come in 2 different sizes. We offer 12 standard 4 person Golf Carts and 2 larger 6 person Golf Carts. All of our Carts are electric. The rear seat on both sizes of Cart flip down for carrying coolers or tackle boxes. Arcadia Lodge is approximately 1/2 mile square with just over 3,000' of lake shore. The Golf Carts can come in handy if your renting one of the secluded private cabins. Parking is available at the Beach, Main Lodge & other popular areas of the resort. The Carts are also very helpful for guests with mobility issues navigating our hill and getting from their cabin to their boat etc.
